In busy office environments and high-rise buildings, it’s easy to assume someone else will know what to do. But when every second counts, wouldn’t you want everyone on your team to be ready to respond? Like all our courses, this is an interactive course with hands-on activities that cover the basics of first aid and CPR training, including DRSABCD, use of a defibrillator (AED), CPR, managing choking and bleeding, plus other relevant first aid topics for office settings.

Includes a kinaesthetic training kit with two defibrillators, tourniquets, and other interactive materials to make learning realistic and engaging.

This course is not available as a public course and can only be booked for on-site training.
