In busy office environments and high-rise buildings, it’s easy to assume someone else will know what to do in an emergency. But when every second counts, wouldn’t you want everyone on your team to be ready to respond? Like all our courses, this is an interactive course with hands-on activities, tailored for office-based teams. The scenarios and practical exercises are designed around real-life situations that can happen in offices like yours.
The course covers the basics of first aid and CPR training, including DRSABCD, use of a defibrillator (AED), CPR, managing choking and bleeding, plus other relevant first aid topics for office settings.
Includes a kinaesthetic training kit with two defibrillators, tourniquets, and other interactive materials to make learning realistic and engaging.
This course is not available as a public course and can only be delivered on-site.
