Building Resilience
It might be easy to be positive when everything is going well, but our ability to get back up on our feet and keep moving forward when challenges come can be more difficult. Why is it, that some people are better at this than others? The answer can be found in an individual’s levels of resilience.
Resilience is the ability to respond positively to adversity, to bounce back and find a way forward. The good news is, this is a skill we can grow and develop. This half-day workshop is designed to teach just that – to increase the personal levels of resilience in your staff.
