LifeCare is a specialist healthcare and training provider delivering nationwide services to industries and organisations across New Zealand. These Terms and Conditions set out the expectations and responsibilities of both parties and are designed to support a clear, transparent, and positive working relationship.
These Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all products and services supplied by LifeCare and should be read alongside any Agreement, proposal, quote, contract, or Work Schedule (each referred to as an “Agreement”) issued by LifeCare.

Cancellation policy
Appointments for clinic visits and public first aid courses can be cancelled with a full refund if completed at least 48 working hours before the scheduled start time.
On-site service cancellations or rescheduling made within 10 working days or less of the scheduled date will result in the full-service cost being charged.
Rescheduling a public first aid course or clinic appointment outside of 24 working hours of the scheduled date will not incur any additional fees.

Refund policy
Refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment method for cancellations made within the cancellation policy’s specified timeframes.
If you have paid by direct credit please complete the refund request form and send it to accounts@lifecare.co.nz.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
On-site bookings
LifeCare provides services on our clients’ premises. It is our client’s responsibility to ensure all reasonable steps have been taken to ensure the site is both healthy and safe for Life Care’s staff members.
Specific requirements for both Health & Safety need to be discussed and agreed to prior to LifeCare’s staff member arriving on site. This may include but is not limited to: induction requirements, PPE, on-site hazards, etc.
Online bookings
LifeCare gives customers convenient, easy and secure bookings online.
Products and services displayed on this site can be purchased using our secure online credit card facility or by direct credit to our bank account.
Bookings will only be accepted upon receiving payment. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction.
Order confirmation and invoices are automatically delivered via email and records of previous transactions are available from the website once securely logged in as a customer.
Payment terms
Standard payment terms are:
Payment prior to service delivery by either credit card or direct credit into LifeCare’s bank account for all except our authorised account holders.
For our authorised account holder’s, payment terms are: 20th of the month following the date of invoice. Interest may be added for overdue accounts.
Service warranty
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact LifeCare to discuss options for an effective outcome.
