Building Resilience
It might be easy to be positive when everything is going well, but our ability to get back up on our feet and keep moving forward when challenges come can be more difficult. Why is it that some people are better at this than others? The answer can be found in our levels of resilience.
We all face challenges in life, and how we respond makes all the difference. Resilience is the ability to adapt, recover, and move forward during difficult times, and it’s a skill that can be learned and strengthened.
This 4-hour workshop is ideal for all teams, especially those in high-pressure roles or as part of a company’s broader psychosocial risk strategy.
New in this version: Practical tools to manage stress & maintain balance, and how to reframe unhelpful thinking and strengthen emotional wellbeing.
Participants leave with proven techniques to build resilience and boost wellbeing at work and beyond.
This course is delivered on-site.
