This half-day interactive workshop explores how to identify and respond to the signs of common mental health challenges, such as stress, anxiety, depression, and substance misuse.
Now includes a focused section on Psychosocial Risk, teaching participants how to manage and monitor workplace factors that can negatively impact mental wellbeing.
Mental health awareness, wellbeing and mindfulness in the workplace are associated with improved staff engagement, reduced absenteeism, increased productivity, workplace harmony, improved morale and higher job satisfaction.
This course is available as a public course in Auckland and Wellington and can also be delivered on-site.
